摘 要:血吸虫病基本控制地区7岁以上的人群共847名为检测对象,应用抗日本血吸虫CCA单克隆抗体ⅢD10建立的Det-ELISA检测血吸虫循环抗原(CAg),ELISA和IHA检测循环抗体(CAb)。结果CAg的阳性检出率为3.19%,ELISA和IHA检测CAb的阳性检出率分别为6.26%和9.45%,两者的检出车间差异有显著性(P<0.01),CAg与CAb(ELISA和IHA检测)的联合检出率分别为6.85%和10.51%,两者联合检测能提高检出率。847 sera specimens from persons over 7 years of age living in schistosomiasis basically controlled areas were examined by monoclonal antibody Ⅲ D10 based Dot-ELISA for detecting circulating antigen (CAg) and by ELISA and IHA for circulating antibody (CAb). The results showed that the positive rate of CAg was 3. 19%, and of CAb by ELISA and IHA were 6. 26% and 9' 45% respectively. These percentages were higher than that of CAg by Dot-ELISA.There was statistically significant difference between positive rates of CAg and CAb (P<0. 01).The combined detection rates of CAg by Dot-ELISA with CAb by ELISA and IHA were 6. 85% and 10' 51% respectively. It is suggested that combined detection of CAg and CAb can raise the detection rate of schistosomiasis.
