摘　　要：吻合血管第二足趾和拇甲皮瓣移植再造拇指常以足背动脉和第一跖背动脉为蒂.但在结扎切断足底深支时较困难,为了解决这一难点,本文在60例解剖研究基础上,采用以第一跖背动脉为蒂拇甲皮瓣移植,临床应用3例获得成功.In reconstructing thumb by tra-nsplanting the second toe and the greattoe nail flap,we modified the opera-tion from using the dorsal pedal arteryand the first dorsal metatarsal arteryto using the first dorsal metatarsalartery only as the vascular pedicle,to avoid the difficulties of ligating andcutting the ramus plantaris profundus.In this study,the anatomical data ofthe first dorsal metatarsal arteryobtained from 60 adult cadaver's feetwere outlined and three cases of su-ccessful clinical application were do-cumented.
