摘　　要：用大白鼠作骨骼肌桥接周围神经缺损的实验研究,观察到再生的运动神经纤维多数进入远端与运动神经相接处,只有少数进入与感觉神经相接处.实验证明再生神经纤维有功能性定向生长的趋向。In the experiment,a piece of sk-eletal muscle was used to bridge theperipheral nerve defect in rats.It wasplaced between the proximal motor st-ump and the distal motor and sensorystumps.The results show that most ofthe regenerating nerve fibers from theproximal part of a motor nerve grewinto the distal end of the motor nerve,only a few fibers went into the distalend of a sensory nerve,which suggestthe tendency of orientational regene-ration of the motor nerve.
