绞股蓝阻断金地鼠颊囊癌变的光镜观察

摘　　要：采用二甲基苯并恩(DMBA)诱导金地鼠颊囊癌前病变模型。结果发现不典型增生以及原位癌最早出现时间分别为涂DMBA3周和6周。远期致癌情况最早出现于涂DMBA4周者。比以往报道时相提前。以单方和复方(加灯盏细辛)绞肌蓝喂服,经光镜观察发现:服药组比模型组6周对癌变率低;涂DM-BA3周后远期观察不典型增生有逆转现象,提示绞股蓝有一定的防癌作用。单方与复方疗效无显著差别。The premalignancy in Golden Hamster cheek pouch was successfully induced by smearing of DM-BA. Dyspksia and in situ cancer first appeared at the 3rd and 6th week of observation respectively. The forward carsinogenesis was earlier(4 weeks) than that of former reports. The carcinogenesis rate in the tested hamsters was reduced by oral administration of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Mak (GP) in simple recipe or in combination with fleabane than that in the control at the 6th week of observation. Reverse of dyspksia was found in the tested hamsters after a long - term observation. GP in simple recipe or in combination with fleabane showed no significantly different effects. The data suggest that GP may be anticarcinogenic.
