腰椎间孔进路硬膜外阻滞的有关结构

摘　　要：对15具成人尸体 T_(12)～L_3间的椎间孔进行了观测。观测了椎间管内毗邻结构,特别是血管神经在孔内外的分布规律。提出了各椎间孔最佳进针部位并分析了穿行径路.The intervertebral foramina andtheir neighbouring structure from T_(12)to L_5 were observed on 15 adult ca-davers.The relevant intervertebralblood vessels and spinal nerve rootsand their distributions were measured.The proper position and direction forinserting the needle towards the inte-rvertebral foramen in peridural blockwere discussed.
