肾老化与老年疾病

摘　　要：为探讨衰老与老年病对肾功能的影响，按纳入标准对８４份小便进行了４种尿微量蛋白的放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）测定。结果发现：尿白蛋白（ＵＡｌｂ）、尿β２－微球蛋白（Ｕβ２－Ｍ）、尿免疫球蛋白Ｇ（ＵＩｇＧ）随增龄升高，而尿Ｔａｍｍ－Ｈｏｒｓｆａｌｌ（ＵＴＨＰ）减少。其中ＵＡｌｂ增多与老年人原发性高血压病和Ⅱ型糖尿病有交互作用。说明老年人存在肾老化现象，老年疾病加速肾老化进程。To investigate the effect of senility and age-related diseases on renal function, the urine from 84 men, who were recruited according to the inclusion criteria, was assayed by radioimmunoassay(RIA).It was shown that urinary albumin (UAlb),immunoglobulin G (UIgG) and β2-microglobulin (Uβ2-M) increased with age, while urinary Tamm-Horsfall protein (UTHP) decreased with age.The increase in UAlb may be related to age-related disease and renal senility.
