猪SVN皮瓣成活长度的实验研究

摘　　要：以１２只家猪为模型，形成真皮下血管网皮瓣（ＳＶＮ皮瓣）和筋膜皮瓣，共４８个，大小为７５ｃｍ×３ｃｍ。术后７天筋膜皮瓣成活长度为５．８ｃｍ，ＳＶＮ皮瓣的成活长度为８ｃｍ，较筋膜皮瓣增加了３８％，皮瓣远端愈合类似真皮下血管网皮片。此结果表明，ＳＶＮ皮瓣是超薄超长皮瓣和真皮下血管网皮片的联合体。subdermal vascular network skin flaps(SVN flap )and 24 fascial flaps measuring 15cm ×3cm were designed on the back region in l2 piglets. 7 days postoperatively,the survival length of fascial flap was found to be 5.8cm,and that of SVN flap wass 8.0c, which was 38 percent more than that of fascial flap The appearance of distal end of SVN flap was as the free skin grafts with a preserved subecutaneous vascular networkPSVN). The result demonstrated SVN flap was a combination of suprathin-supralong flap and PSVN.
