摘　　要：参照ＬＫＢ公司新的ＡＴＰ测定法，测定了大鼠附睾精子ＡＴＰ含量，并比较了大鼠附睾头、尾部精子ＡＴＰ含量的差别及活动精子百分率的关系。结果表明。The intracellular levels of ATP in spermatozoa obtained from epididymides of male rats were assayed using the latest ATP determining method of LKB company. The methods of collecting epididymal sperm and extracting ATP were established.The study showed that the percentage of motile spermatozoa and the ATP content of spermatozoa obtained from cauda epididymis were significantly higher than those from caput epididymis.
