摘  要:在进行微生物和螺体寄生虫毒杀钉螺的研究中,发现从土壤中分离的两株放线菌(代号218、132)对钉螺有毒杀作用。0.2%的培养液浸泡钉螺48h.其死亡率为99%~100%。在钉螺体内除日本血吸虫外,还发现五种吸虫幼虫,均寄生在钉螺的肝脏或生殖腺,致钉螺的卵巢或精巢萎缩,产卵旺季很少见到成熟卵胚。In the course of studing molluscicidal effects of microorganisms and parasites,two strains of actionmycetes(named 218 and 132 respectively)isolated from soil were proved to have the molluscicidal activity.The mortality rate of the snails was 99%~100% while immersed in 0.2% 218 or l32 solution for 48 hours.Besides schistosomiasis japonicum,five kinds of trematode larva were found in the liver and reproductive organs of the snails,and led to the ovary and testis atrophy of the snails.In the reproductive season of thesnails,few mature eggs were found.
