心气虚证患者中枢神经机能的研究

摘　　要：对10例心气虚证患者进行短潜时体感诱发电位检测.结果显示心气虚证组N_20、P_25波潜伏期、(?)_13—P_25峰间期及中枢传导时间((?)_13—N_20峰间期)均明显延迟;N_20波幅较对照组明显降低.这表明心气虚证患者存在明显的中枢神经机能障碍.Short latency somatosensory evoked po-tentials were recorded for 10 patients with De-ficiency Qi of heart (DQH) in TCM and 10 healthy controls to elucidate the function of the central nervous system (CNS) in DQH.The results showed that the peak latencies of N20,P25, the interpeak latency (IPL) of N13-P25 and the central conduction time (N13-N20IPL ) in the DQH group were prolonged signif-icantly,compared with the controls. The peak amplitude of N20 decreased significantly in the DQH group,too. These results suggested the invovement of CNS in patients with DQH in TCM.
