双黄连治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：应用双黄连治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎60例82眼,并与病毒唑、无环鸟苷组及中药内服组进行对照,结果治疗2周后,总有效率分别为98.8%、90%、85.2%.平均痊愈时间分别为16.5±5.8天,19±6天,24.5±7.3天.双黄连治疗组总有效率及平均痊愈时间明显优于其他两组(P<0.05～0.01).且视力提高显著(P<0.01),复发率低(P<0.05).并有无毒副作用,使用方便等特点.60 cases (82 eyes) of herpes simplex keratitis treated with goldthread root were compared with two control groups tredted with viragole and a-cyclic guanosine. The total effect rate was 98.8%,90%, 85. 2 % respectively;The recovery days were 16.5±5. 8, 19±6,24.5±7.3,The result showed the cure erfcet of goldthread root was better than that of the control groups(P>0.05-0.01). Goldtheread coot has no side effecy and can be used to ymprive vision(P<0.01) and to low recurence rate (P<0.05).
