摘　　要：本文提出一个以结构层延伸率为判定指际的高层建筑震害预测方法,该方法可用于对钢筋混凝土框架结构、框架-剪墙结构的高层建筑进行震害预测,文中最后给出了一个住宅楼的震害预测结果。An earthquake damage prediction method which considers structural story ductility factor as evaluation index for high-rise is presented in this paper. This method can be used to predict earthquake damage for high-rise which is constructed by reinforced concrete frame or frame shear-wall. At the end of this paper, a result of earthquake damage prediction for ahouse of high-rise is given.
