摘　　要：４例肝尾叶单独或联合切除均获成功。术中熟悉解剖结构，选择正确的进路，掌握分离的先后顺序，使用特殊工具即彭氏多功能手术解剖器（ＰＭＯＤ）．采用刮吸法切肝，使尾叶切除变得安全、有效。文中强调了肝正中裂切开的作用。The resection of caudate lobe proves very difficult and risky,because the lobe is sandwiched in between the first and the third hepatic hilus. This study reports the expetience in 4 successful consecutive resections,It is believed that the employment of'curettage and aspiration technique'with the use of Peng's multifunctional operative Dissector(PMOD)plays an important role.In addition,the aquaintance of the anatomical structure concerned and the correct selection of the surgical approach are as important,The splitting of medium fissure is emphasized.
