摘　　要：本文叙述了当前国际卫星通信发展的趋势及我国卫星通信系统的情况,结合国情对2000年前我国卫星通信系统的规模进行了初步估算,最后对进一步发展我国卫星通信提出了对策性建议。In this paper. briefly described are the current develop-ment tendencies of the International satellite Communications and the situations of the satellite communication systems in China. followed by a preliminary assessment of the satellite communication network scale and some relevant proposals as countermeasures for the further development of satellite com-munications in China.
