摘 要:本文应用扫描电镜形态计量研究方法,对栖息于果洛草原的高原鼠兔、灰尾兔的红细胞形态、大小进行了研究,结果表明,这两种世居高原的土著兔形目动物的红细胞平均直径和内凹区平均直径与平原家兔相近,但明显小于移居高原家兔组。高原鼠兔红细胞的平均直径为4.72±0.42μm,红细胞的内凹区平均直径为2.20±0.27μm,平均体积为20.31±1.68μm ̄3。灰尾兔红细胞的平均直径为4.91±0.47μm,红细胞内凹区的平均直径为2.35±0.21μm,平均体积为21.48±1.40μm ̄3。由此认为高原土著动物对高原低氧环境的适应机制之一,可能是通过维持较高水平的红细胞数目,减小红细胞体积,从而增加红细胞膜对氧扩散的总表面积,降低血浆粘滞度,加速血液氧的运输来实现。Using the scanning electron microscope,the erythrocytic size and shape of Ochotomacurzoniae and Lepus oiostolus were studied and were compared with those of plain-con-trol-group rabbits and rabbits which immigrated into plateau. The result showed thatthe mean diameters of RBC for Ochotona curzoniae were 4.72±0.42μm,the mean diame-ters of internal concave of RBC were 2. 20±0.27μm,the mean volume was 20.13±1.68μm ̄3. The mean diameters of RBC for Lepus oiostolus were 4.91±0.47μm,the meandiameters of internal concave of RBC were 2.35±0.21μm, the mean volume was 21.48±1.40μm ̄3.The mean diameters of erythrocyte and the mean diameters of internal con-cave of erythrocyte for these two kinds of native rodents are similar to plain control-groups,but significantly lower than the experimentalgroups(p<0.01 )。
