嗜热蓝藻鞭枝藻藻胆体的分离及其光谱特性的研究

摘  要:从嗜热蓝藻鞭枝藻(Mastigocladuslaminosus)中分离出藻胆体,并对其光谱特性进行了研究.完整藻胆体的室温荧光峰位于673um,77K荧光发射光谱中只有一个峰,位于685um,解离的藻胆体的77K荧光峰位于683nm,并在666nm和650nm处形成小的荧光发射峰.严重解离的藻胆体室温荧光峰位于645um,77K荧光峰位于644um,683um荧光显著下降,成为小峰.完整藻胆体与解离的及严重解离的藻胆体的吸收光谱没有显著差别,吸收峰位于622um,在580um处有一吸收肩.Phycobilisomes were isolated from the thermophilic cyanobacterium Mastigocladuslaminosus. The room temperature fluorescence emission maximum of intact phycobilisomeswas at 673 urn,while that of severely dissociated phycobilisomes was at 645 urn'The 77 Kfluorescence emission spectra indicated that there was one peak at 685 urn when the phycobilisomes were intact and that there were three bands when the phycobilisomes were dissociated.the three nuorescence emission bands were located at 683 urn,666 urn and 65o urn,among which F683 urn was the main peak.when the phycobilisomes were severely dissociated, F683 urn decreased,whereas F650 urn shifted to 644 urn and enhanced. As a result,f644urn became the main peak.The absorption spectrum showed one peak at 622 urn and oneshoulder at 580 urn,making no remarkable difference between that of intact phycobilisomesand that of dissociated ones.
