摘　　要：研究了用生物素标记的寡核苷酸ＤＮＡ探针快速检测鱼传染性胰脏坏死病病毒ＩＰＮＶ，取得了较好的结果。对探针的灵敏度、特异性进行了测定，并与其它快速检测技术作了比较。Infectious pancreatic necrosis(IPN) of fish is a serious viral disease affecting rainbow trout in China.A biotin-labelled oligonucleotide DNA probe has been developed for rapid detection of IPNV.The minimum probe concentration for colour development is 1ng/μl. However,a concentration of 100ng/0644l is used as a working solution.The sensitivity of the probe for IPNV detection is 104.2 TCID50/0.1ml.There is no cross reaction with IBDV and BTV of the probe.
