摘  要:采用聚丙烯微孔滤膜,研究了渗透蒸馏的质量传递机理。改变盐浓度、盐的种类及操作条件,结果发现,纯水渗透通量与盐溶液浓度成线性关系,但不同种类的盐具有不同的渗透蒸馏性能。本文还用该技术对黑米液进行浓缩处理,浓缩液比重能上升到1.2g/cm ̄3,完全能满足浓缩要求,只是膜的使用寿命还有待进一步提高。In this paper,osmotic distillation process has been studied in which the PP microfiltration membrane was used.The mass transfer mechanism of osmotic distillation has ben studied through changing the concentration of salt solution,the kinds of salt and conditions of Operations.A linear relationship was found between the flux of osmotic distillation and the concentration of salt solution.The specific gravity of black rice solution concentrated by the membrane with an osmotic distillation technique can rise to 1.2 g/cm3,but the lifespan of the membrane is to be prolonged.
