摘 要:本文以KMnO_4为氧化剂,KOH为强碱,在80℃下对平板式聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜进行脱HF处理,在酸性环境下经亲核反应后用0.5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)水溶液处理。干燥后获得了亲水性的PVDF膜。实验考察了KOH浓度及涂层时间对PVDF膜亲水性的影响,改性后的膜经泡点试验表明,其孔结构未发生变化。高温水浸泡及水通量试验表明,经过上述工艺处理后的PVDF膜,其亲水性良好。When KMnO4 and KOH are used respectively as oxidating agent and stronge base to facilitate the HF-elimination from PVDF chain,and 0.5% PVP aqueous solution as coating media,the hydrophilic PVDF MF membrane was achieved.By observing the effects of KMno4 and KOH concentration,and that of coating time upon membrane's potential wettability,the HF-elimination reaction was thought as the limitting step to membrane's wettability.The modified membrane was then tested with respect to bubble point, water flux and coating layer resistance to hot water at 90℃.Results indicated that both membrane surface and membrane pore wall were effectively modified,and membrane coating layer is of enough stability.
