新安江水电站扩机问题简析

摘  要:华东电网水电比重日益下降,系统发展需要建设多种型式的调峰电源。通过对新安江电站扩机与兴建抽水蓄能电站的比较分析,认为二者各有利弊,并不互相排斥。就目前的工作深度而言,新安江电站扩机60万~80万kW技术上可行,经济上合理。建议抓紧开展下阶段前期工作;新安江电站扩机所需资金应从全网角度解决。In East China Power Network,the proportion of hydropower becomes smaller and smaller. Development of the network needs varied power sources for regulating peak loads. From comparative analysis of Xinanjiang station extension project and pump-storage station,it can be seen that both of them have their advantages and disadvantages,and do not exclude each other. As far as the present study is concerned, 600 ̄800 MW of increment in Xinanjiang station is feasible in technology and rational in economy. It is suggested that the earlier stage work of next phase should be carried out hard. The investment for extension project should be solved in view of the whole power network.
