摘 要:根据普定水电站碾压混凝土拱坝全断面通仓碾压的特点,材料研究的重点是解决混凝土的防渗、防裂、层面结合良好3个关键问题。碾压混凝土渗漏的主要原因是层面结合不良,从材料研究出发,碾压混凝土配合比应有较富的胶材总量、VC值宜控制在10s左右、掺用强缓凝性的复合高效减水剂、适当提高砂率、适当选用最大石子植径。为防止混凝土裂缝、碾压混凝土可采用大掺量粉煤灰,碾压混凝土的强度龄期以180d为好。In accordance with the characteristics of the fullface compaction in monolithic block for the RCC Arch Dam of Puding Hydropower Station, study on the materials was focused on the following key questions: seepage control, crack prevention, good cementation between the layers. Since the bad cementation between layers is the principal factor of RCC seepage, the study has shown that the following measures are effective for the seepage control: RCC containing rich cementing materials, Vc value being 10s or so, adding high-efficiency composite water-reducing retarder, properly increasing sand ratio, adopting rational maximum grain size of the coarse aggregate. In order to prevent concrete from cracking, a great quantity of fly ash should be added for RCC, and the strength of RCC at the age of 180 days would be enough.
