摘　　要：在大量水文资料统计分析的基础上，对三峡地区主要水文要素的时空分布及变化特征、分区水资源的评价和开发利用条件进行了系统分析，可为三峡工程建设提供该地区社会经济发展的科学依据和基本的水文水资源数据。In this paper,the distribution of the main hydrological elements in time and space,regionalwater resources assessment as well as the condition of development and utilization are systematically analysed,based on the statistical analysis of the hydrological data,for the Three Gorges Region. This analysis provides ascientific basis of the social-economic development in the region and the basic data of hydrology and water resources for the Three Gorges Project.
