口服避孕药育龄妇女红细胞免疫功能及有关参数的观察

摘　　要：用补体致敏酵母多糖血凝法检测２２４例育龄妇女红细胞免疫功能，其中服用复方１８甲基炔诺酮长效片５２例，服用复方１８甲基炔诺酮短效片８２例，未服药９０例。结果显示：口服避孕药妇女红细胞免疫粘附功能降低，与未用药组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０，０１）；同时检测了这些妇女血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｓＡ、ＩｇＭ和Ｃ３水平及细胞免疫功能，唯血清ＩｇＡ水平偏低，其余四个指标与未服药组均无显著性性差异（Ｐ＞０．２）。Using complement-sensitized yeast hemoagglutination method the RBC immune function of 224 fertile women was detected,of them 52 took long-term effect tablets of 18-methylnorethisterone compound and 82 subjects of short-term effect tablets of the same compound and 90 subjects as controls.The results showed that the RBC immune adherence functions of both drug-taking groups were dropped significantly compared to that of the controls(P<0.01),meanwhile the serum IgA,IgG,IgM and C3 levels,and cellular immuity fuction of all the suljects were tested,showing that serum IgA level slightly reduced and the other four parameters indicated no significant difference compared to that of the controls(P>0.05).
