42例原发性扩张型心肌病临床分析

摘　　要：分析了42例原发性扩张型心肌病.(60岁以上者占54.8%).主要症状及体征为心累、气急、胸闷、胸痛、心界扩大、心前区2—3级收缩期杂音及充血性心衰体征;X线检查示普大型心脏增大或主动脉型增大.本组死亡25例,预后不良因素有:UCG示左室舒张末期前后径>70mm,充血性心力衰竭、室律失常及心房颤动.This paper reports 42 cases of idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (those who were above 60 was 54. 8%). The main symptoms and signs were! palpitation,dyspnea,precar-dial tightness and pain and cardiac enlargement with 2 to 3 grade systolic murmurs over pre-cardial area X -ray examination revealed generalized cardiac enlargement and/or aortic dilatation. 25 out of the 42 cases died during treatment and the unfovorable factors are the anterior-posterior diameter of the left ventricle were>70mm at the end of diastole,congestive heart failure, ventricular arhythmia and atrial fibralation.
