转移因子防治慢性支气管炎的临床分析

摘　　要：应用转移因子防治慢性支气管炎临床疗效.治疗组19例,对照组16例.对比两组治疗前后的临床疗效,治疗组的显有效率为68.4%,对照组为43.7%,P>O.05;但PPD皮试阳转率、淋巴细胞转化率的显有效率和预防感冒疗效的显有效率.治疗组分别为78.9%、78.9%及84.2%明显高于对照组的31.3%、37.5%及43.7%,P<0.05.: This paper reports the result of preventing and treating of chronic bronchitis with transfer factor (TF).The selected patients were randomly divided into the test group (19 cases)and the control groap(16 cases). The test group after TF treatment showed that the significutly effective and effective rates were 68. 4% .compared to that of the the control group(43. 7%)there is nosignificant difference (P>0. 05) but that in the test group fhe posi-tiue-change rate of PPD skin test,the significantly effective and effective raftes of lymphocyte transformation and of preventing the reoccurence of acute chronic bronchitis were 78. 9%,78. 9% and 84. 2% respectively,compared to that of the control(31. 3% ,37. 5% and 43. 7%)which was significantly higher(P<0. 05).
