北京周口店晚更新世洞穴地层的新发现

摘　　要：作者1987年,对东岭子洞穴进行了初步的挖掘工作。该洞穴堆积地层厚度大于7.2m,其中获斑鹿、德氏仓鼠等哺乳动物化石。同时,还作了热发光(黄土)、铀系法(石钟乳)等年龄测定。通过分析研究、认为该洞穴(堆积)地层时代为1.9～11万年的晚更新世沉积,填补了该地区晚页新世5～9万年地质历史中的一段空白。The Quaternary has been studied for 60 years at Zhoukoudian,Beijing. Late Pleistocene cave strata with fossils and age data mainly include deposits in the upper part of the new cave and the upper cave.But there is a record gap from 0.05 to 0.09 Ma.In 1986 the authors discovered the Donglingzhi cave deposits.They collected a certain quantity of mammal fossils and also dated the strata at about 0.019 to 0.11 Ma B.P.Thus the gap of late pleis- tocene cave strata in this area have been filled and a relatively continuous section of Late Pleistocene cave deposits has been set up in the Zhoukoudian area.
