摘　　要：本文报告了冻干土拉活菌苗的试制研究结果。该苗用F15/B弱毒菌株的白色集落,在无血培养基上培养制成。使用安全,具有良好的免疫原性。豚鼠经免疫后,能耐受我国地方性土拉强毒株(T95)800～2000MLD的攻击,保护率为100％。人体接种2个月后,血清凝集价为1:160～1:320,对人安全无害。In this paper, the results of a preliminary preparation of live dried Tu-laremia vaccine was reported. A virulent strain 15/B was used in production and cultivated on the blood-free medium.Before manufacturing we have selected the white colony of 15/B strain which possess a good immunogenicity than .the greyish. Then the surviving toxicity, safety test, viability and efficacy of this strain was determined entirely.There, were two groups of 10 guinea pigs among which each one was inoculated by scarification with 2×108 of bacteria of the live dried vaccine. All of the animals survived, which were challenged with 800-20000 MLD respectively, and injected subcutaneously by T95 virulent Fr.tularensis strain, at 20 days after immunization.Clinical surveillance of the vaccine in man showed that the localskin lesions were full of blister and infiltration, 10-15 days after, inoculation the eschar was off and remained some pigmentation in the local area.The titer of the sera from three persons immunized after two months about 1:160~ 1 : 320 by agglutination test.
