抗体捕捉酶联免疫吸附法在流行性乙型脑炎早期诊断上的应用

摘　　要：用MacELISA测定了138份临床疑似乙脑病人的血清标本,并与HI试验进行了比较。MacELLSA能特异、敏感地检出乙脑患者发病第2天的IgM抗体,阳性率为55.56％。第4、5病日,IgM抗体阳性率高达92.86％。10例正常人和10份流行性出血热病毒抗体阳性的血清标本无一份阳性。The application of IgM antibody capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (MacELISA) was carried out to detect the specific IgM antibody to Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus and its suitability in early diagnosis of JE was evaluated, with this method, the IgM antibody to JE virus could be detected in thesera on the second illness day with a positive rate of 55,56% (5/9) . The positive rate was 92.86% (13/14) in the sera on the fifth illnes day. Thespecific IgM antibody could be detected neither in the sera of 10 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever nor in those of 10 healthy Individuals. Theresults showed that MacELISA can be used in the early diagnosis of JE.
