不同品系小鼠布氏菌病足掌皮肤迟发性超敏反应的研究

摘　　要：本文以小鼠菌素足掌肿胀反应为迟发性超敏反应指标,比较了牛、羊及猪种布氏菌病引起的昆明、C57、BALB/C小鼠的足掌反应动态以及足掌反应和机体感染的关系。羊种布氏菌引起的足掌反应较为明显。小鼠中BALB/C小鼠反应较弱。布氏菌感染后在40～50天前后出现足掌反应受抑制,但这种抑制现象在感染早期及后期均不明显。细胞被动转移实验看到受体足掌反应强度与供体足掌反应高低有关。A Study of the correlation between the Delayed Hypersens i t i vi ty( DH) of the skin of foot pad and experimental Brucellosis in different strains of mice was undertaken. The data showed that first, among the common 3 species of Brucella , B. melitensis was the most sensitive to the 3 strains of mice' studied, and the BALB/C was the most non-sensitive strain among the three strains of mice, ie, C57, BALB/C and 'Kunming' . The DH reaction to Brucella was inapparent in BALB/C strain. It also shoed that ' there was a suppression of DH 40-50 days after infection in mice. The degree of suppression of DH was found to be. related to the number of Bruclla organisms in the spleen The data also showed that the DH reaction was cell- mediately revealed by the cell- transfer experiments.
