等电聚焦电泳技术在黄腹角雉分类上的应用

摘　　要：本文用０．５ｍｍ薄层等电聚焦电泳技术．对五种雉科鸟类的卵清蛋白进行了比较分析．电泳谱表明：黄腹角雉与鹑族的亲缘关系比雉族更为接近．This paper study a comparative analysis of the egg white proteins among fivespecies of the genus layer gel eletrofocusing. The eletrophoretogram indicate: Tragopnncaboti is more closillg related to perdicni than phasianini.
