摘　　要：Vicarious亲核取代是芳香取代的一种新方法。本文介绍了该反应的基本概念,反应机理,择向性以及在有机合成中的应用研究进展。The vicarious nucleophilic substitution reaction is a type of new reaction of aromatic nucleophilic substitution. This paper describes its fundmental concepts,mechanism, regioselectivity as well as the recent progress on the applications of formation of Ar- C. Ar -O,Ar -N bonds and heterocyclic compounds in organic synthesis.
