摘 要:本文用数值方法模拟了油水分离旋流器内部的流场分布。油水混合物中的水被作为流体相,油被作为颗粒相。流体相的控制方程为连续性方程、N—S方程,其中结合了修正的Prandtl混合长湍流粘性模型。颗粒相的控制方程是浓度扩散方程。流体相与颗粒相之间的相对运动由代数滑移模型确定。全部控制方程用Patankar—Spalding的SIMPLE算法求解。计算程序取名CYCLON,用通用形式写出。用户只要输入旋流器的几何参数、工作参数,就可以得到任意工作断面上的各种速度分布和流体的流动图案。数值计算结果与实验符合较好。In our paper the flow field in a oil -ware reparation hydrocyclone is simulated numerically. The water in the mixture is handled as fluid phase, while the oil as partical phase. The relative movement between fluid and particles is determined by an algebraic slip model. The turbulent viscosity is given by a modified Prandtl mixing length model which incorporating the effect of swirling flow. All the governing equations are solved by the use of the SIMPLE algorithm of Patankar and Spalding. The program,named as CYCLON,is written in general purpose form. Provided the geometric and working parameters are put in .it will give out the flow pattern and the velocity profiles. The calculated results are agreed well with experimems.
