定粒缫丝中的落绪率及其管理

摘　　要：本文从解舒丝长概率密度函数与落绪率之间的积分方程式求解落绪率，特别是解舒丝长为Γ分布与正态分布时，给出了落绪率的精确表式。通过模拟实验及数值计算检证了解析结果，并讨论了定粒缫丝中落绪率的管理问题。In this Paper,we derived the ratio of dropping and from the integral eguation for the distribution of the non-broken filament length and the ration of dropping end. A prcise formula for the ratio dropping end has been solved when the no-nbroken filament length has the Normal distribution or Gamma distribution.Tbe theoretical results have been checked by computer simulation and numercal.calculation. Then we discussed the problem of controling the ratio of dropping end in the reeling with fixed number of coconns.
