精练对桑蚕膨松丝针织绸质量和风格的影响

摘　　要：本文通过采用ＺＳ－Ⅱ、ＡＲ－６１７、ＡＲ一６２０等精练剂按其最佳工艺条件对桑蚕膨松丝针织绸进行精练并测定织物的练减率和白度、毛效、顶破强力等质量指标以及织物的压缩指标，以分析不同精练剂对桑蚕膨松丝针织绸的质量及外观风格的影响，进而确定较适合于该交织物的精练剂是含丝素保护剂的快速精练剂。Scouring agents ZS-Ⅱ, AR-617, AR-620 are used for knitted bulk silk fabrics degumming under the optimum processing conditions. Fabric tests are conducted for the quality and appearance evaluation, such as the degumming loss percentage, the whiteness,the fuzziness,the bursting strength and compression. Based on the results of the exeperiment,the effects of the scouring agents on the quality and apperance of the knitted bulk Silk fabric are discussed It has been found that the quick-scouring agent with fibrion protection is most suitable for knitted bulk silk fabrics.
