摘　　要：应用布鲁氏菌超声波破碎抗原、脂多糖抗原和试管凝集反应抗原做ELISA分别对实验性布鲁氏菌感染豚鼠及慢性期布鲁氏菌病患者血清抗体的比较研究,初步结果表明,这三类抗原制剂均可做ELISA,用于布鲁氏菌病机体血清抗体的检测。并且与常规布鲁氏菌病血清学试验相比,不仅特异性较好,而且敏感性更高。在这三类抗原制剂中,以超抗的敏感性为最高,SAT抗原次之,而LPS抗原为最差。An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has been developed for the detection of chrinic pstients and guineapig serum antibodies in Brucellosis against whole bacteria,Br. lipopolysaccharide and ultrasonic-broken antigen. It was observed a high level of antibody activity against the antigen and a low level of antibody activity against LPS. But these different antigen preparation were suitable to a diagnostic antigen in an ELISA for serum antibodies detection of Brucellosis.These results indicate that ELISA is a very sensitive test but its value as a serodiagnostic procedure is dependent upon the choice of antigen used in the assay.
