重型颅脑损伤患者血清sIL—2R水平动态变化的研究

摘　　要：应用 ELISA 技术对各型颅脑损伤患者血清 sTL—2R 进行动态观察,以研究颅脑损伤患者免疫功能的改变。结果表明:重型颅脑损伤患者血清 sIL—2R 水平显著高于正常对照组及轻、中型颅脑损伤组(P<0.001);且随着病情进展呈持续上升,伤后14天达到最高水平,至30天回落。提示测定血清 sIL—2R 水平对监视重型颅脑损伤患者的细胞免疫功能、病情变化及其在治疗决策上均有重要意义。The measuring,by ELISA technique,of the serum soluble interleukin—2 receptors(sIL—2R)in 53 patients with head injury shows that the serum sIL—2R levels of these patients are significantly higher than those in the control group and the group of patients with slight to middle head injury(P< 0.001);and that the respective contents increase progressively.On the 14th day after injury,the sIL —2R levels reach the highest point,followed by the decrease which reaches the normal level on the 30th day.Our observation reveals that measuring the levels of sIL—2R proves to be beneficial in monitoring cellular immune activation,assessing disease activity and making therapeutic decisions.
