复方丹参(H_(303))抗缺氧、抗疲劳及镇痛效果的实验研究

摘　　要：运用窒息性缺氧、运动性疲劳及甲醛爪内注射法测定复方丹参 H_(303)对动物缺氧存活时间、抗疲劳及痛阈的影响。初步结果表明:(1)H_(303)组小鼠的存活时间比对照组明显延长(P<0.01);(2)H_(303)能明显缩短小鼠恢复游泳疲劳的时间(P<0.01);(3)H_(303)也能提高大鼠的痛阈。提示 H_(303)能提高动物的抗缺氧、抗疲劳及抗疼痛的能力。IN this paper the effects of salvia Milliorrhize preparation(Danshen H_(303))on mouse survival time,anti-fatigue and pain threshold change after animals took the H_(303)(200～700mg/kg)for 8 consecutive days were studied.The results showed:H_(303)coule prolong significently(P<0.01)the survival time during asphxic anoxia in mice;Mice had a quick recovery from fatigue swinning;The pain threshold increased 20% significantly(P<0.05)higher than in the control group(P<0.05). The above mentioned results suggest that H_(303)might enhance the resistance of organism to anoxia、 fatigue and nociceptive response.
