摘  要:用肠穿孔和腹腔注入致病性大肠杆菌的方法复制幼猪腹膜炎所致感染性休克模型。观察休克晚期的肺组织形态改变。Spetic shock from intestinal perforation and intraperitoneal inoculation of live Escherichia coli bacteria in infant pigs was developed.The pig'right lung sections in terminal stage were examined by light and transmission electron microscopes.The light microscopic results showed that pulmonary congestion,widen intersitia and leucocyte sequestration were in a localized facshion.The ultrastructural observation demonstrated thd alteration in permeability of cell membranate structures, including alveolar epithelial,endothelial and interstitial cells.And the pathological changes of alveolar type Ⅱ cells were relatively more remarkable and diffusive than that of other cells.The study might reveal a direct morphologic evidence regarding to the pathogenetic mechanisms of acutr respiratory failure in septic shock.
