摘 要:本文考察了磷酸酯用量对包覆滑石粉填充聚丙烯结构和性能的影响.由DRIFTS分析表明,磷酸酯可在滑石粉表面产生有效包覆,其饱和包覆剂用量约为6%(质量);DSC结果指出,包覆和未包覆滑石粉对聚丙烯均存在明显的成核作用;填充体系的结晶度随磷酸酯用量的增加先增后降;SEM分析表明,提高磷酸酯用量可改善滑石粉在聚丙烯中的分散程度,但界面并无明显的结合;0.5%(质量)磷酸酯用量导致最大的拉伸强度,而弯曲模量却显著下降;高磷酸酯包覆量可改进冲击强度.The effect of phosphate addition on the structure and property of coated talc filled PP was studied in this paper. A DRIFTS analysis showed talc could be efficiently coated with phosphate and a saturation of surface coverage was around 6% (mass) phosphate. It was found that both coated an uncoated talc had evident nucleation effect, and the degree of the crystallinity of the composited increased initially and followed by a gradual decrease with increasing phosphate coating level. The state of talc despersion was improved as coating level increased, and the interfacial adhesion, however, was not very good. The addition of 0. 5% (mass) phosphate to talc resulted in maximum increase in tensile strength and a significant drop in flexural modulus. The improvement of falling weight impact property of the composite were achieved at high coating levels.
