聚乙烯加工流变改性剂对LLDPE/HDPE流变性能的影响

摘　　要：本文介绍在LLDPE(7047)/HDPE(6098)共混物(重量比为90:10)中加0.5%、1.0%、1.3%、1.5%、2%的聚乙烯加工流变改性剂(简称QLY树脂),采用XLY—Ⅱ型毛细管流交仪测其流变性能.结果表明,加入QLY树脂后,该体系的剪切速率增加,表观粘度下降,活化能降低,熔体仍属假塑性流体.The Theological behavior of LLDPE (7047)/HDPE(6098) blend system, in which 0. 5% , 1. 0% ,1. 3%,1.5% ,and 2. 0% rheology modifier (QLY resin) for PE were added, was determined by means of XLY- I capillary rheometer. The result showed when QLY resin was added to the system, the shear rate of the system increased, the apparent viscosity and activation energy of the system decreased, and the melt was still a pseudoplastic fluid.
