摘 要:本文研究了PVC在碱性溶液中脱HCl的变化规律以及用脱HCl后的PVC(简称DPVC)接枝MMA的反应规律.对碱液浓度、反应时间对PVC脱HCl的影响以及MMA/DPVC的配比、反应时间、BPO用量、溶剂环己酮用量对接枝度的影响进行了探讨,结果表明,采用离子选择性电极研究PVC在碱性溶液中脱HCl的变化规律效果较好,碱液浓度是影响PVC脱HCl的主要因素;DPVC接枝MMA的最佳条件是:反应温度80℃,反应时间3h,配方为DPVC 100g、MMA 1g、BPO 4.5g、环已酮1600g.The dehydrochlorination of PVC in alkaline medium and the graft copolymerization of MMA onto, the dehydrochlorinated PVC (DPVC) were studied in this paper. The effect of the medium concentration and reaction time on the dehydrochlorination , and the effect of MMA/DPVC ratio, reaction time, BPO and cyclohexanone contents on the graft degree were also studied. The results showed ion selective electrode was an ideal method for the study of the dehydrochlorination of PVC in alkaline medium; the medium concentration had the major effect on the dehydrochlorination; an optimum reaction condition for the graft copolymerization of MMA onto DPVC was at 80℃ for 3 hours, vwith DPVC 100g, MMA lg,BPO 4. 5g and cyclohexanone 1600g.
