摘　　要：本文介绍了LDPE交联电缆料PE—K—18D022的开发研制过程,包括:工艺参数的确定,过程控制,最终产品的性能等.生产实践和用户使用表明PE—K—18D022的工艺过程,操作条件合理;生产参数确定准确;产品性能优良,经交联加工后生产的电缆料达到英国BP公司同类产品水平.The development of the crosslinkded LDPE compound PE-K-18D022 for electric cable is studied in this paper, including the decision of technology parameter, processing control, and the property of end-product. The production pratctioe and the ap plication of the product to electric cable show that the processing technology for PE-K-18D022 is reasonable, the process paramters are reliable, and the product property is fine. The property of the cable made of the crosslinked compound comes up to the standards for that of the same grade from British BP Co.
