摘　　要：本文对塑料异型材挤出定型模冷却系统进行了分析，在分析的基础上建立了冷却系统模拟分析的数学模型，并编制了分析计算程序．文章所研制的ＣＡＥ系统对定型模冷却系统进行了分析计算，得到结果与实际情况相吻合，证明文中所述建模方法和求解方法的正确性．In this paper,we analysed the cooling system of the calibrating mould for plastic profile extrusion.According to the analysis,we established the mathematical medel for analysing simulated cooling system,and programmed the analysis calculation.The results of analysis calculation of the cooling system by using CAE system tally with the actual condition,It proves that the established model and the analysis calcaltion are correct.
