摘　　要：本文介绍了氨苄青霉素钠中有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱测定方法。本法使用ＦＩＤ检测器，以ＧＤＸ－１０３为固定相，正丙醇为内标物。样品可不经任何处理，水溶解后直接进样分析。方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。回收率为９９．２％～１００．３％．对药品生产及质检部门有一定实用意义。ln this paper a method for the determination of residual organic solvent in ampicillinum natricum by GC is discribed.In this method a FID and a GDX-103 column are used with n-propanol as internal standard material.The sample solution may be directly injected in GC instrument without any treatment.The operation of the method is simple and its accuracy and sensitivity are higher.The recoveries are 99.2%～100.3%. The method is practical useful for the product and test department of pharmaceutical.
