摘  要:采用空气和氧气做为氧化介质对大直径中间相沥青纤维进行不熔化处理。在空气中240℃下氧化20h,而在氧气中同温度下氧化10h或在200℃下氧化20h,炭化。借助电子显微技术和力学性能测试.发现后者的力学性能和结构优于前者。Abstract In this paper, pure oxygen is used to stabilized large diameter mesophase pitch fibers,which was found to be more effective than air. The pitch fibers were cxidized in pure oxygen at 240℃ for 10h in comparison with the case in air at the same temperature for 20h, and then carbonized. The SEM photogiaphs and tensile strength of the fibers show that cxidative stabiliration precedes carbe shcrtened and the strures and properties of carbon fibers can be impicyec with the inerease of the oxygen partial pressure in the oxidative atm osphere.
