摘  要:为筛选出阴道加德纳氏菌临床治疗高效抗菌药物,对分离于我国不同地域、不同兽源及人(饲养管理人员)的该菌42株(其中狐30株,貉5株,水貂3株,犬2株,人2株)用18种化药进行药敏规定,结果表明,被测的菌株对氨苄青霉素、红霉素、氯霉素及庆大霉素100%敏感;对碘胺类、增效磺胺、多粘菌素B及氯林可霉素100%耐药;对青霉素等另10种抗生素药敏规律不一或无临床意义。本试验说明,狐、貉、水貂、犬与人的阴道加德纳氏菌对抗菌药物敏感谱有明显的一致性。To select the high efficacy antibiotic to use the clinical treatment of Gardnerella Vaginalis,using 18 types chemistry medicine to make the determination of sensitivation of medicine to 42 strains of Gardnerella Vaginalis(among them 30 strains coming from fox,5 strains from racoon dog,2 strains from canine and 2 from human) isolating form different regions of China.The different species of animal and human(stockmen and carefakers).The results showed that the determined strains is 100% sensitive to Ampicillin,Erythromycin Chloramphenicol and Gentamycin,it is 100%.Medicine-resistant to Sulfonamicles Co-trimoxazole Polymyxin and Clindamycin and it is irregular or no clinical meaning to Penicilling (CP-G).other ten types antibiotic et al.The experiment showed that the sensitivation spectrum from foxes,racoon dog,mink,Canine and human appeared obvious identity to antibiotic.
