摘　　要：风荷载是一个随机过程，在高层建筑设计中，当一种被动控制装置不能很好地满足控制设计要求时，采用多种被动控制装置联合工作是一种可能的解决办法。本文提出的结构控制是一个系统控制概念，运用被动控制的传递函数算法，分析研究了在ＴＭＤ和耗能器联合工作情况下，高层建筑位移和加速度响应的减振系数。It is necessary to use some kinds of passive control equipmentsimultaneously to. reduce the responses of tall buildings when only one device cannot limitthe responses withein designing indices. In this Paper,tading wind loadiing as the zeromean Gaussian stationary random process,the normalized standard deviation displacement and acceleration responses of the controlled system with TMD and energy absorbersare obtained by using the frequency response function method.
