摘　　要：本文采用冲量原理计算竖向地震作用，并考虑与水平地震共同作用，对日本神户市建筑结构震害特征进行了分析，供抗震设计时参考。APPly the princple of impules to calculate the vertical seismic forces to the buildings,and considering its inter actions with the horizontal seismic forces,this paper analyzes foe features of buildings collapsed in many ways during earthquake in Kobe,and the results may be refered in design.
