摘 要:在建立分离、纯化抗高血压因子(AHF)方法的基础上,对AHF的分布、不同种属来源的AHF降压活性和舒血管作用进行了观察。结果表明,不论是人还是其它哺乳动物(如大鼠、兔和狗等)的红细胞中都存在AHF。剂量相同的AHF对大鼠的降血压作用、主动脉的舒张作用无种属差异。但随AHF剂量的增加,其降压作用呈明显的剂量依赖关系。不同剂量AHF组间降压效果比较存在明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。所观察的5种大鼠组织,以红细胞中AHF降压活性最高。Effects of antihypertensive factors (AHF) derived from human erythrocytes and from erythro-cytes of some other mammals (rat, rabbit, dog) on blood pressure (BP) were studied in rats. The hypotensive effects of AHFs from rat organic tissues (brain,heart,kidney,liver and erythrocytes) were compared. The results showed that AHFs from erythrocytes of human and other mammals significantly lowered BP in a dose-dependent manner at the doses of 0. 01, 0. 1 and 1. 0 mg/kg. The hypotensive activities of AHFs from tissues were much less effective than that from erythrocytes, i.e. AHF from erythrocytes showed a greater activity than AHFs from tissue extracts do in equal concentration. AHFs from erythrccytes of different kinds of mammals caused sustained relaxation on phenylephrine-precontracted rat aortic rings in concentration of 40 mg/L-
