空管中药治疗实证型根尖周炎临床实验研究

摘　　要：用中草药制成酊糊剂,探讨纯中药制剂治疗尖周炎的疗效。抑菌试验证实此药对口腔常见致病菌有显著杀菌效果,为空管中药疗法提供了科学依据。根管内注入口腔常见致病菌混合液制成猴尖周炎动物模型,用此药治疗猴尖周炎与对照观察初步显示疗效。临床对164例患者进行了1～3年远期疗效观察有效率为93.90％。此研究为中西医结合治疗口腔常见病、多发病开辟了新途径,为尖周炎治疗开发出纯中药制备的空管药物新剂型。临床实践证明此药具有其他空管药物同等显著疗效,操作简便,药源广泛,价格低廉,安全性好,值得推广应用。One Hundred and sixty-four patients with pcnapicitis were rreated with Chinese medicinal herbs tincture and paste intra-root-canally. The preparations were both specially made in our odon-tology departrnent.The tincture and paste had good anti-inflammatory and bactencidal activitiss which were verified through laboratory and anitnal expenments. The cimical effectiveness rate was 93. 9%. The study approved that Chinese medicinal herh preparations were very useful in odontolo-gy,and the tincture and paste were worthy to be applitd instead of western rnedication for treating periapicitis.
